About Us

CA:FM is led by a Senior FM professional with associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), and PRINCE2 project management certification.

With 15 years of experience in the industry and a track record of managing FM projects, budgets, mobilisations, procurement and major refurbishments for some of the UK's most recognisable properties, managing agents and landlords — we bring hands-on knowledge and strategic thinking to every engagement.
